Fill out a short questionnaire so we can understand your current fitness, hormone levels, and health history. Have recent lab work? We’ll review it. Need labs? We offer discounted lab test referrals. Bloodwork helps us tailor the best plan for you, but it’s NOT required to start.

No, we do not prescribe medications, but we coach you on safe and effective optimization strategies, bloodwork analysis, and cycle planning while connecting you with trusted physicians and resources.

Do I need bloodwork before starting coaching?

Bloodwork is not required but highly recommended for best results. We can help analyze your labs and suggest protocols based on your biomarkers.

Can I get help with post-cycle therapy (PCT)?
